Andrea Bocelli is an Italian tenor and one of the world's best-known classical singers. He founded the Andrea Bocelli Foundation, which supports children and young people facing poverty, illness or limited access to education.
At Canticle of Peace on 29 July 2026 he sang with the ABF Voices choir of 164 children and young people before Pope Leo XIV.
He had sung for Pope Leo before: he and his son Matteo performed at the inauguration of Borgo Laudato Si' in September 2025.
